Working on the Inside to Show it on the Outside
If you are honest with yourself, you will be able to notice how everything going on inside your mind and heart is affecting what you are showing on the outside. You might come off as rude, too serious or even as a person who doesn’t care simply because there is something out of balance within you. This, in time, can make you feel worse on the inside.
In order to live a balanced life, it is important to be at ease with yourself, in a peaceful and happy place, in order to be able to put this out into the world and have a good relationship with yourself, other people and the world around you.

You will also need to be willing to change, the third step. Being open and willing to change is what will actually motivate you to take those steps that will lead you to a balanced life.
